The centre provides support to families of children and young people aged 0-19, with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND).

The centre works in partnership with health colleagues and other agencies such as local schools and nurseries.

Services provided at the centre include: one to one and group support to parents and carers; positive parenting groups; key working; sleep counselling.  There is a carers café; a stay and play area; a short breaks creche and the centre supports holiday play schemes and a disabled children and siblings support group.

The centre is based in the heart of the community and has a range of health professionals working alongside them, providing a holistic service for families.
